Rates & Policies

A minimum stay of 2 nights is required.

Sunday-Thursday Nights

$95 per night for 2; Additional persons, add $15/night each

Friday-Saturday-Federal Holidays

$105 per night for 2; Additional persons, add $15/night each

3 Nights

Mid-week (Sun-Thurs) $255 for 2; Additional persons, add $30 each

Weekends (including Fri or Sat) $280 for 2; Additional persons add $30 each

Full Week (5-7 nights)

$550 for 2; Additional persons, add $75 each

Payment

Applicable taxes will be added to all rates (currently 6% WV sales tax and 6% county lodging tax).

Occupancy

Maximum 8 people. (Families with small children who don't mind bringing sleeping bags to sleep on the floor may be able to accommodate a few more)

Children

Children are welcome, but the house is not specifically infant/toddler-proofed and will require careful parental attention for safety of young children. Child bed rail available.

Meals

Bring your choice of foods to cook out or in. Convenience markets/gas and Dollar General is about 4 miles on Rt.50 in Augusta or Rt. 29 in Slanesville. Food Lion is 12 miles away in Romney for groceries. Get take-out pizza or subs nearby, burgers, chicken or Chinese food a little farther away. A variety of modestly-priced restaurants in the area offer American, Chinese, Italian, and Mexican fare...Some menus are in a notebook in the house for references.

Pets

Since some guests may have allergies, we do not allow animals in the guest house.

Smoking

In consideration of other guests, we ask that guests not smoke in the house. There's a lovely deck to step outside for those who wish to smoke while here.
