Applicable taxes will be added to all rates (currently 6% WV sales

We gladly accept cash, travelers checks or personal checks. We also can accept payment by credit card on-line through PayPal.
25% deposit requested to hold reservations. If you must reschedule, we'll be glad to apply your deposit to
a future date that better suits your schedule.

Maximum 8 people. (Families with small children who don't mind bringing
sleeping bags to sleep on the floor may be able to accommodate a

Bring your choice of foods to cook out or in. Convenience markets/gas
4 miles on Rt.50 in Augusta or Rt. 29 in Slanesville. Food Lion,
County Pride and Miller's Market are 12 miles away in Romney for groceries. Get
take-out pizza or subs nearby, burgers, chicken or Chinese food a
little farther away. A variety of modestly-priced restaurants in
the area offer American, Chinese, Italian, and Mexican fare...or
contact Culinary Expressions for catered meals.
Our resident cat, Butterscotch, is friendly
and has the run of the property, so if you want to bring your dog,
arrangements can be made at a well-run kennel about a mile away. Since some guests may have allergies, we do not allow animals in the guest house.
In consideration of other guests, we ask that guests not smoke in the
