Rates & Policies

Sunday-Thursday Nights
$80 per night for 2; Additional persons, add $10/night each

Friday-Saturday-Federal Holidays  
$90 per night for 2; Additional persons, add $10/night each

3 Nights  
Mid-week (Sun-Thurs) $200 for 2; Additional persons, add $10 each
Weekends (including Fri or Sat) $220 for 2; Additional persons add $15 each

Full Week (5-7 nights) 
$500 for 2; Additional persons, add $50 each

Payment
Applicable taxes will be added to all rates (currently 6% WV sales tax).
We gladly accept cash, travelers checks or personal checks.
We also can accept payment by credit card on-line through PayPal.
25% deposit requested to hold reservations.
If you must reschedule, we'll be glad to apply your deposit to a future date that better suits your schedule.

Occupancy  
Maximum 8 people. (Families with small children who don't mind bringing sleeping bags to sleep on the floor may be able to accommodate a few more)

Children  
Children are welcome, but the house is not specifically infant/toddler-proofed and will require careful parental attention for safety of young children. Child bedrail available.

Meals  
Bring your choice of foods to cook out or in. Convenience markets/gas 4 miles on Rt.50 in Augusta or Rt. 29 in Slanesville. Food Lion, County Pride and Miller's Market are in Romney for groceries. Get take-out pizza or subs nearby, burgers, chicken or Chinese food a little farther away. A variety of modestly-priced restaurants in the area offer American, Chinese, Italian, and Mexican fare...or contact Culinary Expressions for catered fare.

Pets  
Our resident cat, Butterscotch, is friendly and has the run of the property, so if you want to bring your dog, arrangements can be made at a well-run kennel about a mile away.

Smoking  
In consideration of other guests, we ask that you not smoke in the house.
There's a lovely deck to step outside if you wish to smoke while here.
