Living Room: Queen-sized sleep sofa, TV with satellite reception of Washington DC stations and an assortment of basic channels, Videotape & DVD players

Fully Equipped Kitchen: Stove, refrigerator, microwave, coffeepot, blender, toaster, mixer, pots and pans, dishes and utensils, dishwasher (just bring what you like to eat...) The tap water is fabulous here, so you don't need to bother bringing bottled.

Electric baseboard heat, plus woodstove to be snuggly during cold weather

• Window AC in the central kitchen and back bedroom tames humid weather, but generally our mountain breezes and ceiling fans keep the house comfortable during warm weather
